The Avatar: The Last Airbender Blu-Ray, which is also known as Avatar: The Legend of Aang in some regions, is an American animated television series produced by Nickelodeon Animation Studios. Avatar: The Last Airbender Blu-Ray
It was co-created by Michael Dante DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko along with Aaron Ehasz as head writer. Avatar the Last Airbender Blu-ray disc was released soon after.
The show aired on Nickelodeon for three full seasons. It began from February 2005 to July 2008. Avatar is set in a make-believe Asiatic-like world. In this world, some people are granted the ability to manipulate one of the four elements. These elements ate water, earth, fire, or air. Although how they do this never really becomes a topic of discussion but it is done with telekinetic variants of the Chinese martial arts known as “bending”.
The series is based on an individual who is the reincarnation of past selves that can bend all four elements. This reincarnation is known as the “Avatar”. They are responsible for maintaining harmony between the world’s four nations and serve as the bridge between the spirit world and the physical world.
The show is presented in a style that combines anime with American cartoons, and it also relies on the imagery of mainly East Asian culture, with some South Asian cultures. All of these make up the cultures that are found in the Avatar world.
